Custom-Made Products
Because all of our products are custom-made and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or wrong color selection. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.
How to File a Claim
To report a damaged or defective item, email us at support@thegolffice.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. You do not need to return the defective item. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
Resolution
For eligible claims, we will offer either a free reprint of the affected item or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping) may be issued.
Size Guide
We strongly recommend reviewing our product size guides before ordering. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues. Minor size deviations of less than 1 inch from the size guide are within manufacturing tolerance.
